JOCELYN WALLACE is a dynamic entrepreneur and seasoned business advisor, with a legacy rooted in the commercial print industry. She began her career as a graphic designer and prepress operator, mastering the nuances of print production when traditional film was still used and direct-to-plate technology was just emerging. While a lot has changed since then, this early phase gave her a grassroots understanding of both the artistry and the intricate technical demands of print production.
Transitioning quickly from the prepress room to production management, Jocelyn thrived in optimizing shop floor workflows, driving efficiencies, and leveraging software to enhance throughput, which elevated the customer experience. The rhythm, energy and precision of the press floor ignited her passion for the commercial print industry, a field where she felt fully in her element. She then moved to a large corporate environment, consulting on high-volume offset printing within a vast in-house print-to-mail facility. Here, she drove cost-saving initiatives, integrating barcode and data automation to streamline complex printing processes.
In 2009, Jocelyn launched her independent consulting career, advising over 100 companies across the United States in operational optimization, strategic planning, and quarterly work plan execution. Most recently, she led an $11 million logistics and agronomy services company as CEO and co-owner, transforming a year of net losses into a $1.5 million profit she maintained for over three years—all while managing remotely. Her 15-year track record includes generating or saving seven-figure sums for clients, applying the same tools and frameworks she uses today.
As the architect of the Profit Plus System, Jocelyn now specializes in helping commercial printing companies optimize operations, scale sustainably, and drive profitability, preparing for growth or high-value exit strategies. Her dedication is grounded in rigorous training, including a Master’s Degree from Drake University, certifications or training from EOS Worldwide, the Exit Planning Institute (EPI), the Kolbe Instincts Index, Six Sigma and Continuous Process Improvement (CPI), and the Project Management Institute (PMI), ensuring a transformative impact on her clients’ businesses.
